As a member of our sales support team you will be the contact person for our International clients and our colleagues. You have the answers to questions about shipments, deadlines, orders, collection sales information, planning, complaints and daily processes. You will provide information for- and give advice to our customers on a daily basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Client Service Contact
- Process returns and complaints
- Process presale orders
- Stimulate and process re-orders
- Coordinate and process shipments
- Order confirmations and seasonal sales administration
- Look after planning and
- Responsible for making management reports
Vereisten
who are you
You have solid skills in organizing and you are able to establish a good relationship with customers. You are flexible, pro-active and ambitious. You enjoy to battle with our International sales team members and you are eager to learn. You are a real self-starter and you are not scared of challenges and pressure. You are a commercial wonder and you love to negotiate.
We are looking for a multi language speaking person: you speak Spanish, French and of course English. Preferably you also speak Dutch.
You completed an education on at least bachelors level and you preferably have some experience in the retail or fashion branch. You are at ease with the PC and you have basic software use skills (word, excel, outlook).
